Slate tile can be sensitive to foot trafic, excessive water pressure and needs careful cleaning to ensure a uniform appearance.
Composition
We tailor washing pressure and temperature to the tile to limit granule loss and aging and tile degradation.
Metal
We factor in panel layout and seam location, coatings, corrosion, and specific panel composition whether it's galvanized steel or copper.
Aluminum
Aluminum requires special care. It's notoriously easy to scratch or dent and careless spraying can degrade protective coatings. We look over each roof and ensure each project is finished with a proper rinse so residues don't degrade the roof over time.
